Enterprise-Grade Autonomous Technology

Our conversion kit combines LiDAR, AI vision, and RTK-GPS in a redundant sensor fusion system designed for reliable commercial operation.

360° LiDAR Scanning

Our commercial-grade LiDAR system provides comprehensive 3D environmental mapping with industry-leading range and accuracy. Unlike camera-only systems, LiDAR works reliably in any lighting condition—from complete darkness to direct sunlight.

Key Capabilities

  • 3D point cloud mapping for precise obstacle detection
  • Works in complete darkness and bright sunlight
  • Detects objects as small as 5cm at 50m range
  • Real-time terrain mapping for slope detection
  • Solid-state design with no moving parts
  • Automatic calibration and self-diagnostics

Why LiDAR Matters

LiDAR provides accurate distance measurements regardless of lighting, shadows, or surface color—critical for safe autonomous operation around people and obstacles.

FAQ

Technical Questions

How does the system work in rain or fog?

Our LiDAR operates reliably in light to moderate rain and fog. The multi-sensor fusion system compensates for reduced visibility by relying more heavily on sensors performing well in current conditions. In severe weather, the system will automatically pause operation for safety.

What happens if GPS signal is lost?

The system includes an Inertial Navigation System (INS) that maintains accurate positioning for up to 30 seconds of GPS outage. Combined with LiDAR-based localization, brief signal interruptions don't affect operation. Extended outages trigger a safe stop.

How accurate is the object detection?

Our AI vision system achieves 99.7% detection accuracy for humans and 98.5% for common obstacles in testing. The multi-sensor approach means even if one sensor misses something, others will detect it.

Can the system detect small objects like toys or tools?

Yes, objects as small as 5cm can be detected at close range. The system is trained to recognize common items found in commercial landscapes including sprinkler heads, hoses, and debris.
